About Us
My name is Kateryna — a mom, a creator, and the heart behind Fresh Art Parties & Balloons. 

Once, back in Donetsk, I founded a children’s educational center named “Izobretarium”, where kids built robots, designed mechanisms, explored STEM, dreamed big, and believed they could do anything. 

A lot has changed since then — the war, moving, and now my journey continues here in the U.S. But one thing has stayed the same: my love for children, for creativity, and for making the world a little kinder and more beautiful.  

Now I’m building Fresh Art Parties & Balloons — a project that brings together everything that feels true to me: creativity, aesthetics, emotions, children’s happiness, and stress-free moments for parents. It’s about keeping things calm for adults and magical for kids. About putting away gadgets, noise, and stress for a couple of hours — and simply being together.

I’m a mom of two.
I’m someone who believes that goodness always finds its way back.
I’m an entrepreneur starting from zero in a new country and doing it with an open heart.
And I’m a woman who chooses a path filled with hard work — and even more love.

We specialize in two unique directions: 
Fresh Art Parties — cozy sleepovers, themed paint parties, spa experiences, patch stations, and plush buddy workshops that inspire kids to create, connect, and have fun (without gadgets!).
Fresh Art Balloons — our custom balloon décor studio offering stylish, photo-worthy designs for birthdays, baby showers, and special events. From elegant garlands to personalized installations, we turn any space into something truly magical.

We handle the setup, styling, and all the little details — so you can simply enjoy the moment and watch the smiles happen.

Yes, our balloon décor is a separate service available for birthdays, baby showers, and any special event. Each design is custom-made and completely unique!
Located in Madison, Alabama, we offer complimentary delivery within 20 miles. For events beyond that, we’re happy to bring the magic anywhere across Huntsville and surrounding areas — just share your location, and we’ll send you a quick travel quote!
Pricing for each party package starts at the rate listed in its description. Final cost may vary depending on the selected package, number of guests, and any add-ons.
Absolutely! We take care of every detail — paints, spa sets, patches, balloons, themed decorations, and more. You just provide the space and the smiles!

All paints, masks, and spa ingredients we use are non-toxic, washable, and child-friendly, designed especially for little hands. 
Yes! We handle the full setup and  next day pickup, so you can relax and simply enjoy the celebration.
We want your setup to stay picture-perfect and cozy for everyone! 
Please take a moment to review these simple guidelines — they help us keep everything clean, safe, and beautiful for your little guests.
  • No food or drinks inside the tents.
  • No slime, paints, markers, nail polish, or glow sticks — these can stain fabrics and décor.
  • Decorative pillows are for styling only — please place them aside before bedtime.
  • Each guest should bring their own sleeping pillow for comfort and hygiene.
  • Messy crafts and colored beverages should be enjoyed away from the setup area.
  • Pets should be kept away from tents, bedding, and décor.
  • Please do not move or take down tents or decorations — our team will handle all setup and pickup.
  • All rented items must stay in the same place and condition as delivered.
Any damage, stains, or missing items may result in a replacement fee. Thank you for helping us keep every party beautiful, clean, and ready for the next magical celebration! 
Every detail of our setup is thoughtfully chosen with your child’s safety in mind. We take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and care for every item we use. 
A $100 deposit is required to save your date and time. The remaining balance is due in 7 days prior to your party.
To make your celebration perfect, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance.
If your event is coming up soon — within one week — full payment will be required at the time of booking. 
Deposits are non-refundable, but if something unexpected comes up, we're happy to reschedule your event for a future date whenever possible.
We accept Venmo, Zelle, and credit/debit cards through a secure payment link. Payment is due in full 7 days before your event.
